Bedside stories with a princess can brighten a child's day
Children undergoing treatment for cancer have to spend long, boring and often uncomfortable days and nights away from home and school. It’s hard and unrelenting for the children and their families.
We arrange hospital visits by our Princesses and by our very own mascot, Mo the Owl. These visits are a welcome distraction and create a little magic to brighten the children's day.
A hospital visit makes our Momentum children feel special. Whether it’s a bedtime story read by a beautiful fairy princess or a big cuddle with our gorgeous furry owl, our character visits are hugely popular with our families. In fact, some of the children often look forward to their next hospital visit simply because of who they might meet.
